What my clients are saying

Above and Beyond with an Agent that Cared Maria knew my needs were very specific, one might even say it was like finding a needle in a haystack. As an older woman, I was looking for a safe environment, near stores, a beautiful building, kind people, and an affordable payment. Maria was patient, diligent, and determined throughout the entire process. She became like a surrogate family member to me because of the care, compassion, and attention to detail she gave so generously. My daughter also sang Maria’s praises because, in her words, Maria “took care of her precious cargo,” which meant so much to both of us—especially since, in my daughter’s estimation, many agents can be pushy or insensitive when working with older individuals. Maria is remarkable. She listens, she cares, and she takes true pride in the work she does. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with her would be fortunate to have her on their team. An Amazing Agent - helped our family in ways that can't be described. Maria had assisted our aunt in a prior real estate transaction and she was the listing agent on our aunt's current residence. Maria had assisted our aunt in ways that a caring and considerate person would during her relationship with her. She went above and beyond to make everything easy for our elderly aunt. When we started getting offers and having to deal with a building that was very difficult, Maria helped us navigate our way to a successful and profitable sale. She took care of so many aspects for us and our aunt. We were out of state and when we came in to the state and needed to talk or meet with Maria regarding the sale, she was always prompt and professional. I would use Maria again in a heartbeat. We would recommend Maria to anyone needing an agent for any of their real estate needs. Maria on behalf of our family we can’t thank you enough for all you have done. Verified by RateMyAgent

Maria was excellent!!! From the beginning of my process Maria was extremely thorough. She understood I was a first time homebuyer and wanted to look around to see what was available in my budget. Once I expressed that to Maria, she really went above and beyond to find locations that were perfect for me. I told her I wanted and needed. I told her I wanted to make an offer and Maria took control of everything. She was on top of the ball making sure all the paperwork was properly submitted and alleviating a lot of the stress I would’ve had as a first time home buyer. She also took on the role as my mortgage broker Having Maria as not only my realtor but also my mortgage broker was the best decision I made. She is amazing and will help nonstop to make sure everybody from the buyer to the seller is comfortable with the decisions that they made. Maria is an 11 out of 10 in my book.
